Clean Start Prep is the practical option when you want the outdated texture removed and the ceiling prepared for primer and paint.
This is a good fit if you plan to paint the ceiling yourself or already have a painter lined up.

Smooth Start Primer

How the process works

We’ll help determine whether Clean Start Prep, Smooth Start Primer, or Fresh Finish Complete makes the most sense.
3. Schedule the project
Once the estimate is approved, we schedule the work and confirm the details.
4. Protect the room
Furniture, floors, walls, windows, and fixtures are protected before ceiling work begins.
5. Refresh the ceiling
We remove old texture, sand, prep, prime, and paint depending on the selected service.
6. Final cleanup
The goal is simple: clean work, clear communication, and a better-looking ceiling.

Minimums apply. Final pricing depends on ceiling condition, texture type, access, repairs needed, room setup, ceiling height, total square footage, and project timeline. Asbestos testing is handled separately when needed before work begins. Rush scheduling may be available depending on the project and current workload.
